About me
I’m a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)and a NASM Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) with Corrective Exercise Specialist (CES) and Performance Enhancement Specialist (PES) certifications. I combine post-rehabilitation expertise, evidence-based training, and macro coaching to help you safely regain strength, build muscle, lose fat, and improve performance.

Whether your goal is building strength, improving your physique, or improving movement and performance due to being limited by pain, I’ve been there.
